Rounding of the drinks

Besides the 3 champagnes, we had 1999 E Guigal, Chateanuf de pape, 2001 Zenato Amarone and for good measure the 2000 Oremus Tokaji

And since we really needed another dish

Chocolate cake with home made pistachio ice cream

The 2nd BBQ result

Well marbled outer file, grilled sweet onion on a bed of beans with a touch of chili

Carpaccio with a bookmark...

Grilled flank steak, egg yolk sauce, horseradish, bed of salad, roasted nuts etc.. Yummy

Is charcoal / wood fired BBQ better than gas....

Well, I must admit it does give a unique taste
